How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We currently ship to East African Countries. For countries outside these regions, the international shipping rate will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Can I pay on delivery?

No. Due to our low prices, we are unable to process " Pay On Delivery."

Therefore, all purchases are prepaid.

My return request was not validated and was informed that the item I wish to return will be sent back to me. Why?

Your return request was not validated by our quality check team as return conditions were not met or your return claim could not be confirmed following extensive testing. For example; you may have returned the item(s) without its original packaging, or an unsealed product(such as CDs, DVDs) has been returned but does not present any functionality issues.
